Frequently Asked Inquiries
How fast are abuse reports handled?
Reports submitted regarding phishing, malware, or illicit hosting are reviewed rapidly. Subdomains violating our Acceptable Use Policy undergo immediate edge-level DNS revocation.
Why is my re-routing locked down?
When you switch hosting targets (e.g. from Vercel to Render) or release a domain, an automated 30-minute edge cooldown activates to ensure global DNS records propagate cleanly and prevent edge-route cache poisoning.
Can I have more than one active subdomain?
To keep the namespace open and accessible to all developers, each GitHub account is strictly limited to one active subdomain slot. You can delete or switch your subdomain anytime from your dashboard.
